One of my readers suggested learning about ways to assimilate children to a new diet. My future son won't know most American foods very well, so I will have to figure out ways to make it easier for him.
One idea I've been toying with is to document making Ugandan foods. I found a recipe book online with traditional recipes. It sounds very Arabic. I think it sounds fun.
So I will be attempting to use some of these recipes I have found online and documenting them through photographs. For some, I might lessen the spice to avoid giving my stomach convulsions since some sounds very spicy! Should be good---lots of beans, chicken, beef and curry recipes.
If my son has to eat healthy American foods like I eat---lots of fresh fruits and vegetables---then I should learn how to eat some of his more exotic cuisines.
